Ella loves playing with the rocks outside. She and Uncle Tim handed rocks back and forth and Ella had the greatest time!

Trying to Walk!

We've been trying to get Miss Ella to take more than a couple of steps at a time! She still won't do it and will only take a few steps when she's in the yard on the soft grass. I guess falling on tile or wood inside the house is not much fun for the beginner...

The Houston Zoo!

Today we went to the Zoo with Aunt Jennifer, August, Ethan, Uncle Trey, Gram and Papa. Ella had fun, but she was feeling under the weather, so we didn't get to make it to all of the animals. She's gonna love this place when she can cruise around! Later that evening Uncle Blake joined us and Gram cooked dinner. Ethan wins the prize for getting the "most" out of his food : )

Before Bedtime

We hung out on the Big Bed before reading books and going to bed. Ella would sit up then fall backwards onto the bed, laughing and do it all over again. It was so cute! We tried to capture it on video, but never could get her at the right moment.

Lazy Sunday

We hung out with the Vandeburgs a bit before they headed back to San Antonio and then we went outside to enjoy the beautiful weather in the afternoon.

Friends in Town

Jason, Alicia and Kayla came into town for the evening. David and Michelle came over and we cooked dinner and hung out with the girls until they went to bed. Tonight was Ella's forst official bath in the real bath tub... Mama broke down and made the switch.

We went skiing in Wolf Creek and left Miss Ella with Granny and Popo for the longest we've ever left her. Since I had the flu, Kevin took her to San Antonio ealy on Thursday and I picked her back up the following Wednesday since our flight got back into town too late on Tuesday evening. We had fun and we know she did too, but I really missed her!

Sarah and I took it easy the first day and hung out at the hot springs in Pagosa Springs. It was fabulous!
