Houston Children's Museum

We went with Aunt Marisa, Mason and Max to visit the Houston Children's Museum. What a fabulously cool place! Ella cried when we were leaving the Tot Spot. She was very entertained. We took lots of pictures, but we used Gram and Pop's camera and then forgot to upload the photos. Here's one I took with my phone after we got done painting our faces! What a cute kitty she makes!

New Hat and Sweater

Here's a quick camera phone shot of the beautiful hat and sweater Granny knitted for Ella for Christmas. She looks SO adorable in them! Nice work Granny!

She loved opening her gifts! She had already had lots of practice from her 1st birthday party a couple of weeks prior. She especially loved the toy Aunt Michelle, Uncle Spencer and Parker gave her. Press the button, music would start and the balls would pop up, circle back around and pop back up. She had a blast with this toy!

Ella's 1st Birthday!!

YAY!! My baby girl turns 1! It's so hard to believe that it's already been a year. She has changed and grown so much over the past 12 months I can hardly believe looking back at pictures that she's the same little girl that we met for the first time on December 11th 2006.

We had to go big for her 1st birthday party, so we had tons of family and friends join us in celebrating her. What a blast it was!!
